  1. Hello, I uninstalled the USB Serial Converter and USB Serial Port drivers. Then installed https://ftdichip.com/drivers/d2xx-drivers/ and it worked! Thank you.
  2. Hello, Thank you for the reply. There is no Advanced tab in the driver window. I removed and reinstalled the USB FTDI driver. The attached images are screenshots of the driver window and an error log. I also included the crash log for Waveforms with the "device not listed" then click "search for device". It crashes every time. This doesn't work on a lab full of computers.
  3. Hello, I have a bunch of computers that are not recognizing the Analog Discovery 2 board. The comptuers are running Windows 11 and the newest version of Waveforms (3.20.1_64bit.). This device with the USB cable works fine with the same install of Waveforms and Windows 11 on my desktop computer, but not the ones in the lab. The only difference is the other software installed and the lab machines were sysprepped before deploying. The USB serial Port (COM4) says that the device is working properly when the AD2 is plugged in. I have followed these steps. - USB Serial Converter, without warning - Restart the computer. - Reinstall WaveForms, including the Adept Runtime section. ( I did a complete uninstall, reboot and install here) - Other application might have erased the USB controller EEPROM (FT_Prog, programming cable drivers...) Use the "My device is not listed" button in WaveForms application Device Manager to reprogram the EEPROM. The "My device is not listed" option causes Waveforms to crash. I can send the Event Viewer log if needed. Is there something else I can try? Thank you for your time.
