lbahamonde
What are the units of the output of a_in_read()? for MCC134. And, in the OptionFlags.DEFAULT mode, what operations are needed to get it to match the temperature output of t_in_read()?
0 JRys
The Default option returns a measurement in volts and it does not represent temperature. Below is a calculator you can use to figure the temperature. Select k-type, enter 8 for the thermocouple mV measurement and zero degrees for the cold-junction temperature. You can verify the result by looking up eight mV in the type-k table (also below). However, the cold junction is seldom at zero degrees C, so you must also consider it. https://us.flukecal.com/Thermocouple-Temperature-Calculator https://www.thermocoupleinfo.com/type-k-thermocouple.htm
