USB-2404-UI External Calibration Support

We are a calibration laboratory, a customer of ours is asking that if they purchase a USB-2404-UI from your offerings, if we are able to adjust and calibrate this particular model.

 

Is the USB-2404-UI field adjustable outside of your hands?

Does it interface with your “InstaCal” software?

Does MC offer a documented calibration procedure for the USB-2404-UI.

Hello,

The USB-2404-UI is not field adjustable. If it is determined to be out of calibration, the only option is our factory calibration service. 

Also, InstaCal is not a calibration utility. It is used to configure the channels for different sensor types and there's no documented calibration procedure.
