0 Fausto
Hello @Scott Foley. Which version of InstaCal do you have on both systems? Download and install the current version of MCC DAQ software (mccdaq.exe). https://mcc.download.ni.com/#downloads/MCCDaqCD/ Are you using the external power supply that shipped with the USB-2416-4AO? What is the serial number on the backside label of the device? Do you know the last time the device functioned correctly? Do any of the LEDs turn on when you connect the USB cable and external power supply? Did you try a new USB cable? Regards, Fausto

0 Fausto
Thank you for the responses. Disconnect the external power supply and USB cable. If you connected the power supply first followed by the USB cable, then try reversing those steps. If you did not connect in that order, then please do so. Afterwards, launch InstaCal to detect the device. Your serial number dates back to circa February 2017. If InstaCal is unable to detect the device, then I can send you a repair quote via a private message.
