PmodHB5 utilisation

I just bought the PmodHB5 shield. The downloadable library on your site is not up to date because it uses plib.h.

I can use the shield

Hi @Rouviere,

I'm not sure what you mean by "shield" but you are correct that the existing material MPIDE and MPLAB posted on it's Resource Center, https://digilent.com/reference/pmod/pmodhb5/start, uses plib.h to facilitate the interrupt functions (and maybe some of the other port changing functions rather than some other wrapper function to access the underlying hardware).

What platform are you using the Pmod HB5 with, do you need interrupts, and how much overhead are you comfortable with?

I use an Arduino mega 2560. I think I will need interrupts to use the encodeur.

I have an other question, I bought PmodHB5 for the motor Motoréducteur Digilent 6 V with encodeur, we are agree the the wire of the motor are not on the same order that the header J2 of the PmodHB5 modul?
