TC-32 Giving what looks like an LED error code

I recently bought a TC-32 module 8 months ago, and it is now giving me this error code with blinking LEDs, see picture

During this time, the DAQ seemingly disconnects from iCal. I have tried this on two separate computers and this unit does not work with both computers. I have another TC-32 that I hooked up, and it works with the computer.

Please provide the serial number of the questionable device and if you're using USB or Ethernet.
