0 eta314
Is there no solution to this problem? Should I return the Analog Dicovery Kit for a refund? Thanks.
0 JColvin
Hi @eta314, In the interest of double checking your settings (though I suspect this won't change the results too much) could you check the following things? - within WaveForms in the gear icon for the two channels, is the Attenuation setting matching what you have set on the BNC probes? - Could you set up the BNC Adapter to be using be DC coupling - Could you set up the Adapter and Probes in the following way (with probes connected directly to the Wavegen output)? If this does not improve the results, please private message me with the following information so I can get it to our sales team so they can verify any additional information that they need on their end (such as mailing address) so we can get started on a replacement: -Order number -Purchase date -Preferred email address Thank you, JColvin
0 eta314
JColvin, Thanks for responding. The attenuation setting in the gear box is set to 10X, same on probe. Not sure what this means: BNC Adapter to be using be DC coupling I will try the different setup.
0 JColvin
The DC Coupling on the JP2 / JP3 setting next to the Oscilloscope BNC sides; your picture showed the jumper was set to AC coupling so the signal passes through a capacitor first.
