Hi there. This should be simple to fix, but I've had a heck of a time trying to contact anyone so I'm going to post here in the hope that someone can help. I have purchased two ADCs, USB-1608G's, to be precise. I have downloaded the free DAQAmi software but cannot obtain a license key from anywhere. The form on the website (https://www.mccdaq.com/support/daqamikey.aspx) doesn't yield any results despite repeated attempts (please fix!) and my emails have been palmed off to the Canadian distribution, Techmatron, who refuse to help me because I didn't purchase the units from them (I bought them from Mouser.ca because they had them in stock). How do I obtain two license keys for my two ADC units please? Thank you for your help.
