Feature requests for Network Analyzer

1. Add random noise and chirp noise as excitation sources.
2. Add the ability to place a cursor at specific XY location as in place cursor at next XX dB location, and place cursor at next FF phase location. This would be useful in marking the plots for gain and phase margin for example,
