I have a Strainbook/616, S/N 803330 that seems to have an issue with the expansion port. We use this port to connect a WBK40 and after some time logging the WBK40 goes offline. We've tried different cables and a different WBK40 module, however, the problem appears to lie with the strainbook.
Are you still able to repair these modules and if so, can I get a quote for the repair?
