I2C Communication for MCP9600

Alt

Question

So I am trying to use Grove - I2C Thermocouple Amplifier (MCP9600) to measure temp. I have connected the SCL and SDA to DIO0 and DIO1 of my ADP3540. Also have connected the voltage. I was using waveforms Protocol, when I Custom tab example "Find I2C device" I get no device found. Additionally in Logic it shows value 1 for both SCL and SDA. Very confused with this protocol thing.

hi @attila

So my setup is I am using a Grove - I2C Thermocouple Amplifier (MCP9600) which takes the thermocouple K as input and gives output as I2C which is then being read using digital ports at ADP3540 Oscilloscope.

I have no I2C master. I tried the same setup using Arduino (instead of ADP340) with special designated ports for SCL and SDA, it works and I read the temp.
