Error occurred at ULx Create Channel (AO-Voltage-Basic)

samwa

Question

I'm using my USB-1208LS in Labview.  Ain and Dout works but when I try Analog out, I get this error:

A similar error occured when using the example program:  Error 10030 occurred at ULx Create Channel (AO-Voltage-Basic).vi:5870002

What would cause this?  Any suggestions?

Hello @samwa.

Which version of LabVIEW are you using?

Which version of InstaCal and ULx for NI LabVIEW are you using?  You can view the versions using Windows Control Panel - Programs and Features, as I have shown below.

Please reply with a screen capture of the devices listed in InstaCal.  Below is my board list.

Thank you.  When you open the vi example, please click on the 'physical channels' pull-down menu to select your device's channel, before you actually run the vi.  The physical channels menu should be showing 'Dev0' not 'Dev2' prior to starting the vi.
