Not getting any signal from the DAQ. HELP

I am trying to use the DAQ and I cannot get it to connect to my computer at all, even when I plug it in directly to the computer, nothing shows up. I do not know if there is maybe a hardware issue or what and I am not sure who to contact. Please help.

Hi @csal24,

Could you let us know what specific DAQ device you are using, what software version you are using with it, what operating system you have, and what you mean by nothing shows up? Nothing shows up as in nothing appears in the Windows Device Manager (if you are using Windows), device does not have a power LED indicator turn on, something slightly different?
