Hello

I have an old personal daq 54 that I use to achive data when I do pressure test on CNG vessels unfortunately my old computer died and when I try to use a new one I can connect to the device but I cant get the data points to excel in the old one I used a add-in to use with excel that came with the disk but it doesn’t work with my new Excel version and 64 bit computer

The PeronalDaq/54/55/56 devices are not Windows 10 or 11 compatible, yet many customers have made it work. If you can collect data with Personal DaqView, then the problem with the add-in is you have 64-bit Excel. The solution is to use a 32-bit copy of Excel.
