Bitbake recipes of digilent-apps repo no longer work

Hello, 

Do you folks at Digilent still pay any attention in keeping Petalinux things up-to-date? It appears that all the recipes for the Petalinux apps in the digilent-apps repo https://github.com/Digilent/digilent-apps contain no-longer-supported git:// protocol links in the SRC_URI fields. Github ended support for the protocol already a year ago: https://github.blog/2021-09-01-improving-git-protocol-security-github/

Because of this, building Petalinux for e.g. Cora-Z7 platform (https://github.com/Digilent/Cora-Z7-OS/tree/10/Petalinux/upgrade) fails due to not being able to connect to github.

The fix is trivial, just replace "git://" with "https://" in the recipes.

Recipes in https://github.com/Digilent/digilent-apps were changed to use the encrypted channel to fetch the sources.

In petalinux project https://github.com/Digilent/Cora-Z7-OS branch `10/Petalinux/upgrade` was integrated in branch `10/master`

To fetch the fix:

git fetch

git checkout 10/master

git submodule update --init
