0 Fausto
Hello @ShaneD. I am unable to assist you with the NI-MAX software, but take a look at the following post and reply with your DASYLab worksheet and screen captures of the configuration settings for the 'Task DA00' module, in your DASYLab worksheet. Regards, Fausto
0 robertoweninc
I was able to assist the customer directly. The NI9229 module is an older device and not supported by NI well currently. You need to use very specific calculated ADC rates which do not seem intuitive and are different than how done in many other devices. I found a copy of the older data sheet online, checked the data rate calculation for a workable data rate, updated the NI Max DAQmx task, updated the settings in DASYLab, and got it working. DASYLab 2022 is what they had on the system, which is a great new update. Really works well with MCC USB devices. Use it in many of our customers projects. Love supporting it, using it for 30 years. Keep it up, great software.🙂 Fausto
