Older WEBDAQ-100 manual and ethernet

Hello, we have two older units that have not been used in a number of years. We are having trouble finding them on the network or getting network traffic. The green led lights when connected but not the orange traffic. If we press the reset in, it will flash for a spit second but still not showing on the network. we also can not seem to locate a PDF manual or information online

Hello,

The original WebDAQ/100 developed by the CEC corporation was discontinued a long time ago. I believe when MCC was known as Computer Boards, they acquired CEC and the device, but they also discontinued it not long after that. I'm sorry, but I'm unable to locate the user manual and we have no one here with working knowledge of the device.
