I am interested on the Analog discovery pro device for the purpose of EEG signal recording. For that I will need relatively low sampling rate ( <1Msps) but long recording and the highest resolution possible and to be operated with USB from battery (to eliminate AC 50Hz interference)
1) Does the Analog Discovery pro support voltage supply from USB ( NOT the 19V plug!) - what is the approximate power consumption?
2) Typically scope support high resolution ( by oversampling) when operating below particular sampling frequency - can the equipment support more than 14 bits at low sampling rate
3) I will need to record about 1 min or so of recording :
---> Does the equipment will adjust the sampling rate to support 1min with the memory limitation it has? ( it should be 60Msamples at 1Msps)
--> Does the file is stored directly on my PC connected via USB (where the Waveform application is running)? Or it is stored on the device and I need to read it out? If the later is correct , can I stream it out over Ethernet and place the file on my computer
-->Can I save the file in a mat file or it is a csv file?

Hello
First great thanks for the amazing forum!!

Overall it looks an amazing equipment
Thanks a lot!!!
Best wishes,
