Trigger on custom channel

BigBob

Question

Hallo,
I have 2 signals and want to trigger if one of the two passes a voltage level.
So i tried to make a custom channel like "min(C1,C2)".
Unfortunatly the custom channel does not appear in the trigger channels list.
Is there a workaround for that so I do not need an external curcuit for the trigger ?

Greetings
Robert

Hi @BigBob

Unfortunately this is not supported in Scope but he Logic Analyzer supports trigger on combination of inputs, edges are with OR and levels with AND logic.
You could add Digital channels to Scope, translate the levels for DIOs and to be in 0-5V range.
With AD2 ~1.5V or ~0.5V input logic threshold with the 5&7th device configuration.
With ADP3X50 the DIO voltage/threshold is adjustable.
