Updated Waveforms software and cannot open old project files

Hi,

Is there a way to convert old *.DWFAWG files to *.AWF3WAVEGEN? When I rename them and attempt to load a project I get a generic 1kHz  1V sine wave project.

Also, it takes about a minute for the dialog to show any *.awf3wavegen in a folder, is that expected? (Windows 10, 64 bit).

The projects from the old WaveForms (v2) are not compatible with the WF v3.

Network mapped folders could make the browsing, loading of files and file information slow. Are you using such?

It's not a networked drive, it's a location on my C: drive that's not in my home folder path.

You don't need to answer, I just reverted to 2.7.5. I missed the slider bars and I only upgraded to get a start-from-zero pulse and I can get that from my Tiepie HS5.

I would highly recommend using the newer WF version.
Which slider bars are you missing?

If you are looking for the sliders in the AWG, these are available with "Basic" configuration mode.
The newer sw supports newer devices and provides many more features.
