Scope range by "WaveForms SDK"

I am measuring a DUT by Analog Discovery 2 "Waveforms application" Scope in the range of 100mV/div.
Now I ordered the same function automatic measuring system to a vendor.
They develop a custom measuring system by “WaveForms SDK” for PC not using “Waveforms application”.
Then they say the voltage measuring range can not set to 100mV/div.
They say they can set 2V/div or such large range only.
I can not believe though “Waveforms application” can set 100mV/div, but “WaveForms SDK” can not set to 100mV/div.
Does anyone know how to set 100mV/div range in “WaveForms SDK”? Or “WaveForms SDK” can not set to 100mV/div range?

The AD2 scope inputs have two ranges approximately 5/50V pk2pk. The range settings in the application perform "digital zoom", stretching the vertical view.

I understood AD2 has just two (hardware) ranges.

After your reply I discussed with the vender , then the problem was signal level itself. So the problem was solved.
