Can't detect second USB-ERB24 board

I am trying to use 2 USB-ERB24 modules and Instacal has a hard detecting both of them in the same time... sometimes it shows 2 devices with the same ID or both IDs but one failing the "internal registers test", see attachment. Everything looks good when using only one module at a time, same in Labview. Thanks.

Try changing the Identifier number so that each device uses a different number.

@JRysThey already have different identifier numbers, one is 127 and the other one is 184... please see second picture. Thank you.

what are the factory serial numbers being reported by InstaCal?

Both of them (serial#0)

Serial Number = 0 is the problem.

Look on the USB-ERB24 case for the serial numbers. They should be on a label somewhere.
