My AD2 stopped working today

Hi 

Last time a few weeks ago used my AD2 and worked like a charm. When I finished all was ok. I unplugged it and put it on the case. Today I pull it out and when I plugged the USB device was died. No LED no detected by the computer.

What can I do? Is there a way to get it repair under the warranty period? I bought it this summer and used it 4 or 5 times only...

Try using the original USB cable the device came with or other cables you have at hand, try other USB sockets and computer.
Edit: Also verify if "USB Serial Converter" or "unknown device" shows up in Windows Device Manager, or lsusb in Linux, or Mac under Hardware/USB.
The LED in AD2 lights up only after software connection.

If it is still not working, for warranty and replacement contact the support.digilent at ni.com specifying the Date of Purchase, Seller and Purchase Order/ Web order Number.
