DAQami, USB-TC error troubleshooting

When trying to run my USB-TC on DAQami, I am getting the message "An unknown error has occurred. The specified channel is invalid."

I have been able to run how it's configured before plenty of times. Right now I'm trying to troubleshoot, I believe that the USB-TC is broken, or there's something wrong with DAQami. I've tried changing the thermocouple, changing the input channels physically and in the software, restarting DAQami, and re-adding the USB-TC to DAQami. The USB-TC is receiving power.

Is this an issue that someone's run into before? Is this fixable?

I recommend you run your USB-TC with InstaCal for now, not DAQami.

fyi, it is already on your system, accessible from the windows start menu.

Let me know what the results are and we can take it from there.

I ran a test using C0H,C0L with a thermocouple I know works. I also get this pop-up every time I hit "Test"

-9000 = device not ready.

-9999 = open thermocouple.

What is the serial number of your USB-TC?
