Omega USB-1608G windows problem

Hello,

 

I have a Omega USB-1608G and windows don’t recognize him.

The device stop working because the computer have a unexpected shut down, since that day windows stop recognize the device.

I try to install in a other computer but after the instalation windows try do connect to him and I ear every 3 seconds the sound of a new usb conection. Before the installation in the device manager I find my device with an exclamation.

Hello,

Assuming you have Windows 10 or Windows 11 and the newest version of InstaCal installed, it would appear that the device is broken. However, if you have a laptop computer, it may not be delivering full USB power and that is why you hear a beep every few seconds. If this is the situation, try using an external USB full power Hub.

I have this installed in a desktop with the same problem, now im trying in a laptop, I already try with an USB hub without success, i already open and see one fuse and its ok too, for shure is broken, i need to buy a new one :S
