Where/how to get USB-1408FS-Plus firmware? - Board serial number

We are asking for the USB-1408FS-Plus firmware, which is not available on your download site.  Your previous reply sent us the USB-1608FS-Plus firmware.

There is no available firmware download for the USB-1408FS-Plus.  The available user firmware downloads are listed on the following web page.

The board's serial number should not be '0' in InstaCal.  Please reply with an image of the serial number label on the backside of your USB-1408FS-Plus-OEM board.  We need the serial number to lookup the invoice date.  MCC products have a one-year limited warranty.

As requested photos are attached.

For reference:   This board worked when tested in the US.  After shipment to China, either the firmware become corrupted or the firmware was overwritten with USB-1408FS firmware, using the Instacal firmware download function, while troubleshooting the system to which the board was attached.

It appears this issue could be fixed IF we could get the USB-1408FS-Plus firmware

Please recommend corrective action.

Hello @Janoch.

Your board's serial number (1F27FBC) was invoiced on 9/29/2020 and is outside of the warranty.  The USB-1408FS-Plus-OEM board's firmware is not field updateable, nor is it interchangeable with the older USB-1408FS model.  This was explained in your previous post.  

 

 

There is no field fix for your issue, so you will need to place an order for a replacement board.
