Where/how to get USB-1408FS-Plus firmware? - Board S/N

As requested photos are attached. For reference: This board worked when tested in the US. After shipment to China, either the firmware become corrupted or the firmware was overwritten with USB-1408FS firmware, using the Instacal firmware download function, while troubleshooting the system to which the board was attached. It appears this issue could be fixed IF we could get the USB-1408FS-Plus firmware Please recommend corrective action

We are asking for the USB-1408FS-Plus firmware, which is not available on your download site. Your previous reply sent us the USB-1608FS-Plus firmware.

We had asked for the USB-1408FS-Plus firmware. Your prior message explained how the USB-1408FS-Plus and the USB-1408FS are programmatically different, and presumably require different firmware, and then sent us the USB-1408FS firmware. Again we ask: How/where do we get the USB-1408FS-Plus firmware?

A previous response said to go to board distributor (Diligent) for the firmware. The Diligent software support button connects to the Measurement Computing software downloads, but there is no firmware for USB-1408FS-Plus, only USB-1408FS. The previous response said USB-1408FS firmware is incompatible with the USB-1408FS-Plus board. Where/how does one get the USB-1408FS-Plus firmware?

Instacal and firmware issue with USB-1408FS Plus

Instacal assigns serial number 0 to our USB-1408FS Plus OEM board and our Visual Basic program cannot initialize the board. If the firmware is renamed from USB-1408FS.hex to USB-1408FS-Plus.hex and downloaded, Instacal assigns the board serial number 117, our Visual Basic program appears to initialize the board, but the board does not function properly. Is there a USB-1408FS-Plus.hex firmware file available that should be used, or are we doing something wrong?

Instacal not finding USB1408FS board, even though the PC device manager sees it. This is after installing mccdaq_6.35 on the PC How do we fix this problem?
