I am trying to connect a Bertec Board to Qualisys motion capture software, and in order to do that, the board first needs to be detected by Instacal. However, Instacal is not auto-detecting the board, even though it is connected to the computer via USB. I am able to run the Bertec Acquire software and receive data from the board, so I know that the computer itself can detect the board, but Instacal seems to be having trouble with it.
