I'm having difficulty with PCI-DAS6031 and 6014 in a test station's computer, I have run InstaCal which hasn't helped.  No instructions say whether to disconnect any inputs & outputs or not prior to running InstaCal.  Is the internal reference available to verify ??  Are both cards still supported for repair and calibration?  Communication by email is best - to my account registered email.

PCI-DAS6031 is obsolete as of 2018, and can no longer be repaired.

The PCI-DAS6014 can still be serviced for repair and calibration.
