About The Jtag Usb Cable With Metaware

Hi all,

 

I have got a JTAG USB Cable of Diligent, the number is 250-003P.

 

And I would like to use this cable to get memory data from our platform.

 

I use metaware with arc cpu to build our platform. But I don't know to use this cable to get memory from my platform through JTAG.

 

I can use Ashiling opella-XD for ARC software to use metaware debugger to debug through ICE. But it is too expensive, so I choose to use JTAG USB cable just to dump the data through JTAG.

 

Could anyone tell me how to do this ? JTAG USB Cable with Metaware Debugger(mdb) to dump data from my platform.

We know that HS2 is supported but that Metaware Debugger is Synopsys software and that we are not familiar with the configuration procedure so you will need to contact Synopsys tech support.
