MCC 118 no working

HI I would like to RMA of a  a MCC-118 board ---S/N-HC9142072  the reason is the board is not reconized by the Rasberry Pi.

Hello,

Please make sure the SPI and the I2C interfaces are enabled on your Raspberry PI. If they are not, the MCC 118 will appear not to work. If they are enable, please use the DAQ Hat Manager to read the EEPROMS or use the following command in a terminal: sudo daqhats_read_eeproms. After use the DAQ Hat Manager to read the MCC 118 - make sure to choose the correct address. If you have a hat board from another company please remove it before testing.

The number you provided is not the serial number, it is typically a 7-digit hexadecimal number such as 1F8E92E.

I was able to locate your board (s/n 1FAC0F0) in our system but have some bad news. It was delivered to Logicbus in June of 2021 which puts it outside of the 1-year warranty period.

Thank you John My Technician has done what you have asked and the unit still does not work.

We understand that the item is past (1) year warranty.

We would like to have a RMA Forms & Number to send  this in to be repaired.
