Digital Discovery "No device detected"

Hi,

I'm new to Digital Discovery. I connected it with my Windows computer and downloaded WaveForms 3.18.1. When I opened the WaveForms, I saw an error wizard saying "No device detected". 

I clicked "Retry" but still got the same error. I tried OK and I got this window:

I chose DDiscovery and I get this window:

Is this a good start? Thanks!

Is the device detected by Windows? Is it listed in Windows Device Manager?
