DT9832 Drivers won't load

Hello,

I have a DT9832 that I have downloaded and installed mccdaq sw for. After installation I plug my device into the USB port and the drivers won't load. In Device Manager it just shows unknown device under other devices. I then downloaded and installed DataAcqOMNI_V7.8.9 drivers and that seems to work fine and I can acquire data with QuickDAQ. How can I get drivers for use with DAQAmi and ULx for LabVIEW?

Hello,

The DT9832 is a Data Translation device and as such it uses Data Translation software like the QuickDAQ program.  We acquired them six years ago and to this day their products are sold as a sub brand with its own software ecosystem.

ok, thanks John. I see. I was able to download LV-Link3 and I can now acquire using LabVIEW. Thanks again!
