USB-1024HLS Installation trouble

I am try to install a USB-1024HLS on a computer running Windows 11 Pro. I downloaded and installed the latest version of Instacal. Instacal does not recognize the USB-1024HLS even though it is connected. The only board it will allow me to add is Demo Board.
 

I read somewhere else that I need Instacal verson 6.73 for Windows 11. The link at https://www.mccdaq.com/Software-Downloads show it as being version 6.73. However the installer installs version 6.72.

Hello, Could you start up InstaCal and view the Help-->About InstaCal page. Does it report version 6.73? If not, download our latest CD and install it from it. (uninstall is not necessary) Use the following URL: https://www.mccdaq.com/downloads/MCCDaqCD/mccdaq.exe This is a self extracting image of our CD. Follow the unpacking instruction to get the opening screen.
