Waveforms: Any Script example for CAN Bus Communication?

Hello,

I was wondering  if there are any script examples for CAN Bus communication. I would like to automate collecting the data over a long period of time in my setup (based on CAN 2.0b) by sending CAN commands and then storing the received data in a file. 

Will really appreciate if someone can provide some leads as soon as possible.

Script receive function is not available for Protocol/CAN.

Thank you for the reply. I, honestly, am disappointed. May I ask what is the reason it is not available/implemented? 

Is there any plan to incorporate this feature?

The next version will have Script functions for SPI and CAN receive/spy.

There are endless feature extension possibilities so these are prioritized and implemented on requests.

Looking at the capture, should I try to use WF3.18.24 version? Is this beta version available to play with? 

When do you anticipate of rolling out this feature?

The beta version containing this will be released tomorrow.

I wanted to build it earlier but got distracted by other projects and wanted to finalize a new feature.
