Nexys 4 DDR no serial terminal output

I have the same issue following this tutorial on the Nexys4 DDR board. I am usng Vivado 2020.1.

Hi @vanou,

I have split off your question into a new thread since it was for a different board.

Could you attach a pdf of your block design? I'm not seeing anything jumping out at me in just your Vitis log. What is your serial terminal baud rate set to? Additionally, I would recommend going through this tutorial, https://digilent.com/reference/programmable-logic/guides/getting-started-with-ipi, in terms of setting up the block design and testing the serial terminal output as the tutorial you linked is obsolete.
