ADP5250 Logging

I was wanting to order the ADP5250 but noticed that logging does not show up in the demo.  I need that feature in the device I use and thought it would be great to now be able to log current as well.  Is this feature hidden or just not in the demo device? If it is not available now, is it expected to be pushed into future versions of waveforms?

If you are looking for the power supply voltage/current/power logging this is available in the Supplies tool.
The support for Logger tool (using Oscilloscope channels) will be in the next software version.

Thanks I appreciate the info.  Will there be future development to add patterns and protocol functionality and logger?

Unfortunately the ADP5250 will never support Pattern Generator or Protocols.
The Logger for ADP5250 performs untriggered captures and the application measures DC and RMS values from these. For other devices the Logger uses scan sift acquisition.

The following are not supported:
- AnalogIn: acquisition modes: shift, screen, record; noise buffer, average filter, trigger holdoff, trigger types: pulse, transition, window
- AnalogOut: play mode, device noise, AM/FM, wait, run, repeat
- DigitalIn: acquisition modes: shift, screen, record, sync; noise buffer, timeout trigger, protocol trigger,
- DigitalOut and Protocols
