Analog Discovery 2 Is not detected on Windows 10 or windows 7

Hi,

I'm having trouble using AD2 on windows 10. The device is not being recognized by the machine and it is not showing up in the device manager at all. I tried using an older machine with windows 7 and similar behavior was observed. The device is connect via a micro USB directly to the computer.

I need help using resolving this issue. Any help would be appreciated.
