Analog discovery and Matlab Data acquisition toolbox

Bartt

Question

Hi guys!

I am doing little experiments with old analog discovery and matlab via the data acquisition toolbox add-on. But I try to use the simulink data acquisition blocks intead of using script based approach. I can create a signal generator and generates data from simulink via Analog Discovery out to the world and do the same vice versa. Which means display anything which comes through the scope inputs. But the problem is, I cannot do this at the same time. I think the problem is with the session. Thus, each block (A/D or D/A) opens its own session and some collision appears.

My question is: any hack or workaround this thing?

Thanks a lot guys

Hi @Bartt,

I asked the Product Manager for the Analog Discovery about this and they confirmed to me that the support provided with Mathworks is for MATLAB, work has not been done towards Simulink support. MathWorks (https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/index) may have some more advice for you about Simulink.

I'm sorry I could not be of more help.

Thanks,
JColvin
