Serial communication error between zynq zybo z7020 and PC

I burn a Linux image using Yocto, meta-xilinx and openembedded put after put all the required files on SD card and put it on my FPGA (ZYNQ-ZYBO-Z7020) and try to connect with it using serial communication (putty or realterm) the output is wrong I am using 115200 baudrate  and this is the baudrate that recommended in the data sheet

baudrate is    : 115200
parity is      : none
databits are   : 8
stopbits are   : 1
local echo is  : no
