Warning: SPI speed fallback to 100 kHz SF: unrecognized JEDEC id bytes: 00, 00, 00 Failed to initialize SPI flash at 0:0 (error -2) What's Flash 25Q128A (made in china) to be builtin in Arty z7-20 about manufacturer , Type, Density, Width in my Arty z7-20 (DA70481rev B In Vivado, What's the vendor of 25Q128A? Here is an older zedboad programming tutorial that shows how to create a BOOT.BIN and how to load it into the QSPI with the ZYNQ. Here is the Arty-Z7 resource center which has the arty-z7 reference manual and schematic. The schematic shows the flash as S25FL128SAGMFI00 which was made by spansion which is owned by Cypress Semiconductor. best regards, Jon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
