Error in the download of WaveForms of analog discovery 2

Hi all, 

There is an error in the download of WaveForms of analog discovery 2 devices, so when I try to download this software an error status appears " Error establishing a database connection"  like the image below is  showing  

anyone can help me to download the WaveForms software?
