Hi, I'm looking to replace a failed transistor on a Nexys 2 board. The transistor in question is Q1, which is a P channel MOSFET. This a basically a switch for the 5V USB power. My board failed and it won't get power from USB due to this transistor. The schematic does not have the part number for it. Anyone knows what transistor this is (part number) please? Thanks a lot in advance.
