attila Posted October 23, 2018 Share Posted October 23, 2018 Hi @nkornbau There is no dedicated volatile memory in Analog Discovery 2, only the registers/BRAM in C36 (FPGA), registers in IC32 (Clock Generator), IC10 (DAC), IC12 (ADC), IC14 (DAC), IC43 (DAC), IC21,26 (Power Monitor), IC45 (Temperature Sensor). The only non-volatile memories in the device are: IC37 (storing USB IDs, SN, device name) and IC39 (factory and user calibration data) EEPROMs. The non-volatile user data can be changed and erased/overwritten here: - user calibration data can be changed under WaveForms application Settings/ Device Manager/ Calibrate/, erased with Reset/ Load factory or Reset to zero option - device name edited/overwritten under WaveForms application Settings/ Device Manager/ Rename I've asked my colleague to send an official letter to your email address.
