Basys 3 or CMOD A7 layout required to change I/O voltage

Question

Dear Digilent team or users.

Can you provide a layout for the Basys or the CMOD A7 PCB? At least that part that shows the power supply routing? I would like to change the I/O voltage on Bank 16 to have 1.5V I/Os. I see the capacitors C58 until C65 and of course the FPGA pins show me where I roughly am. But unfortunately the power routing is buried and therefore it is not obvious where to cut the 3V3 supply. I would generate the 1V5 from 1V8 using s simple Schottky-Diode with a forward-voltage of 300mV.

Is there any FPGA PCB from Digilent that supports I/O (Bank) voltage adjustment and which uses a Xilinx 7 series FPGA together with (free version) Vivado?

Kind regards,

dale-b-cooper
