How to communicate with the System via Xilinx Platform cable II [JTAG] using Python library?

Hi,

   I am searching for the Python library like PY USB and Py Serial communication, for JTAG cable. 

I am trying to give input to the system using the Python code via Platform cable II [JTAG]. So , Can anyone share the Python code for the JTAG cable, or else please anyone suggest how to start this work.

Hi @Thausikan,

I would suggest asking Xilinx support. The Platform Cable USB II data sheet states its compatible  with iMPACT. The Adept 2 here has a sdk which would allow you to make custom application but it is in C++. I am not sure if the Platform Cable USB II works with Adept 2.  It might be worth downloading if you already have the Platform Cable USB II.
