Our board boot on SD card.
LD13 LED is off.
VADJ voltage on the board is 0v.

1. LD13 LED did not turnn on.
2 The 12V supply that came in the box with the board.
3.Turn the board on and off several times and it still can not power on.

Dear sir,
Our another zedboard encountered problem. When we turned on power , the LDO LEDs were all on as the attached the picture.
We measured the Vadj pin and found Vadj short with ground.
May you verify the possible rootcause and advise . Thanks.

Dear Sir,
Our zedboard's power led was not turned on after plugged the power line. It does not work if we try to program by Jtag or boot from sd card eithter. May you advise any further step to fix it?

Dear Sir,
I have an MCC 128 device mounted on a raspberry pi 4B.(OS is Raspbian GNU/Linux 10)
RPI configuration :SPI and I2C are enabled.
It can not open device
It can not update firmware also.
I also ref below link and change another charger .

It still can not solve this problem. Do you have other suggesion ?

I have two questions below:
1. Eclypse z7 and ZMOD ADC 1410
When I use TCP_perf tcp_write library in Vitis,the error message 'xps_ethernetlite drivers not present' will occur.
Could you tell me how to solve it?

Plain text test data (ex:0123456789...) is no problem.
2. I would like to implement ZMOD ADC 1410 with Genesys ZU 5EV.
In Vivado, the ZMOD library seems can not update IP well. Any suggestion? Please see picture below:

I have implement my design in CMODA7. (Also mount a 100Mhz oscillator with CMODA7)
My three idelay2 modules are FIXED mode. Taps are 0 ,0 ,0
50Mhz is my input signal.
simulation: DATAout1:3.915ns , DATAout2: 4.736(3.915+0.821)ns , DATAout3: 5.762(4.736+1.026)ns
measurement: DATAout1:4.044ns ,DATAout2:5.088(4.044+1.044)ns ,DATAout3: 6.445(4.044+1.044+1.357)ns
I would like to know why three Taps of idelay2 are all zero but their delay are different.

I have changed many USB cable.It still can not work.
I think that cable is no problem.

From George's feedback: (He is my client)
Hardware AE's diagnostic: JTAG has no test PS-POR-B situation,
if you had check PS-POR-B, Vivado may not say ‘NO_device_found’.
Because system was locked by PS-POR-B.

Dear Sir,
My client would like to use MMC 134 and MCC 118 toghter.
MCC 134's address set as 0 and MCC 118's address set as 1.
But it seems only detect address 0 board.
Also test : Change their address MCC 134's address set as 1 and MCC 118's address set as 0.
But it only detect address 0 board ( MCC 118)also. Did we ignore something?

The question of my measurement is that voltage of AD2 is about 2 to 3 times than expected.
For example: expect value Vad2 = 9v , measured Vad2 = 24.7 v much bigger and I don't want this happen.

Dear Sir,
The schematic shown below :
In my experiment, series 300M and other resistance with AD2, connect AD2 to usb gnd of PC.
But the voltage brtween 1+1- pin of AD2 is much bigger than expected.
Is there any possible that resistance of AD2 was combined with PC to form a bigger R then cause bigger voltage than expect?
BTW,I didn't connect any node to GND of AD2.Would it be the problem?
Which node should I connect the AD2's GND?

Dear Sir,
My client recently purchased the Analog Discovery 2/BNC Adapter/BNC Oscilloscope 1X/10X Probe pair. The two probes seem not in the specs at 10x, can you assist in the assessment?
The following are the test conditions:
Hardware settings:
1. Two probes are connected with BNC adaptor and are measure W1 and W2. (Waveform version is 3.18.1 ,are generate 1kHz square waves)2.The square wave can be measured smoothly in the x1 .
In the x10 , the front end of the square wave is below the level, and the compensation of the adjustment knob still cannot reach the level (undercompensated, only the red probe is in the channel 1 can exceed level).

Its ethernet is support 1G w/ IEEE 1588.
If I use this out of box demo image.
Can I test PTP with open source linuxptp application ?
