Electronics Explorer Troubleshooting

My Electronic Explorer board is now showing up as UNKNOWN DEVICE. "6. In case you see Unknown Device, verify the Hardware IDs under Properties, Details tab. If this is USBVID_04B4&PID_8613... ask for USB EEPROM reprogramming application." The Device properties does show USBVID_04B4&PID_8613. How can I get the USB EEPROM reprogramming application?
