Hello Forum, I recently purchased the Genesys 2 development platform and i'm having issues connecting to it. I've downloaded/installed the most recent vivado sw along with the latest boards file from Digilent, and being that the board gets identified initially tells me that the boards file installation was done properly. The problem is when I try to connect and program it using JTAG port (placed jumper to pins 2 and 3 in JP5 as instructed). The board does not get recognized by the HW manager. I've checked whether the drivers are up to date for the micro-usb device used and they are. I've also installed the latest cables drivers and that did not help. There is only one status LED ON and that is the PGOOD. Has anybody else experienced this problme? if so, how to get around it. Paulino
