Hi JColvin, Thanks for the reply. The device manager shows the USB connection (port COM 10) as seen in the attached but still not showing the basys3 connected to program device on Vivado 2023. Please help. Thanks, John Bagshaw

Please how do I resolve basys3 board connection? It connects to server but doesn't connect to board as seen in the attached. Also I'm working with Vitis HLS as replacement to Vivado HLS and had some difficulties with the workflow as seen in the attached.
